SIP MESSAGE not sent

Hello, I'm using FusionPBX for a few years now. I have phones connected from different networks, so my SIP profiles look like this:

internal - default (using the public IP)
external - default (using the public IP)
internal-vpn - SIP profile for the local VPN on the same machine (using 10.X.X.X network)
network - SIP profile for phones connecting from the same network as the host machine (using 192.168.X.X network)

Now the issue is when I send a SIP MESSAGE to a phone on the "network" sip profile I get the error:
Can't find registered user xx@domain.ltd

Calls are working fine with the phone on this profile, also messaging works on phones on a different profile. Does anyone have an idea what could be the issue?
