Hi there,

A few months ago I received some help with this SMS case in FusionPBX, but I wasn't completely successful, and now I'm returning to it. I’ll post my current status and would be very grateful if someone could help with an update.

Current Status FusionPBX 5.3.6 (Debian 12, EC2 AWS) + App-Messages, with Telnyx Api v2, Twilio e SignalWire
  • Telnyx + Zoiper = Receiving SMS, but the messages are being forwarded to all extensions authenticated via Zoiper. Other apps are not receiving messages.
  • Telnyx + Groundwire = Was receiving SMS but stopped receiving; it never sent SMS.
  • Telnyx + Zoiper, Groundwire, or PortSip = Never sent SMS; logs show the error "SMS chatplan no actions found".
  • Twilio + Zoiper, Groundwire, or PortSip = Not sending or receiving SMS; I believe something might be wrong with the API configuration.
  • SignalWire + Zoiper, Groundwire, or PortSip = Not sending or receiving SMS; I also believe something might be wrong with the API configuration.

Through the web Applications -> Messages, portal app, the scenario is the same, I can receive, but not send sms.
Voice calls and inbound/outbound routing are working fine.
The IPs of all providers and softphones have been added to the ACL and also to the "IP Ignore" list of Fail2Ban.
All users are set as "Super Admin."
All Firewall ports have been checked and tested

I am not very sure how to properly fill out the fields in the Accounts -> Providers section for the three carriers.
Specifically: http_auth_password, http_auth_username, +1xxxxxxxxxx, and which Telnyx API v2 credentials to use to fill these fields.
It is also not clear whether the Webhook should really be set to https://my-fusionpbx-domain/app/messages/index.php, and if I need to make any modifications to that file.

I would really appreciate it if someone could help with any updates or guidance.
