We have a situation where some calls just drop. This only happens when a caller is routed through to a call centre agent and that agent puts them on hold. We haven't been able to confirm at this point if it is a fixed period of time as it only happens to some calls, but it seems to be around somewhere between 30 seconds to 2 minutes. If they are on hold for longer than that it appears the call won't drop.
The only detail I have managed to find on this is a BYE message in sngrep with a reason 408/session-timeout as below:
And the below message in the log, which didn't have any events for over 5 second before it:

Any ideas where to go with this?
