SOLVED Some Feature Codes not working

I am attempting to implement wake-up calls, and that feature code does nothing -- dialing *925 results in an immediate hangup. I went through several other feature codes -- talking date, time, milliwatt, recordings, and several others do the same thing.

The feature codes for park, directory, MOH, and several others work fine.

Where would I start to troubleshoot this? I get nothing in the log file, so I'm not sure where to start.

Any help would be appreciated!
 
I would start by making sure its not the dialplan on your device. If you say there is nothing in the logs then this would imply the feature codes are not reaching the pbx.
 
watch fs_cli and see what is going on. If you don't see anything then look at the dialplan on the device itself.
