I followed these instructions

After the profile has been re-scanned, the sip profile status shows the tls profile is running on port xxxx
But when I try to telnet to that port xxxx- connection refused. Neither are clients able to connect as there is no server listening on that port.
What am I missing?
Edit: Rescan doesn't start the server on the specified port even though the web interface says so. A restart did the trick
