I have my primary domain, transcribe from VM to Email works just fine.
I've got a secondary domain, this does not work in the same way. Have restarted the email service, flushed cache, reloaded xml etc.
I have to manually push for it to work, it doesn't include it within whatever workflow it's sitting in.
Anyone have any ideas why?
