Unable to edit Holidays in Time Conditions

When setting a Time Condition for a customer, I have attempted to edit the preset holiday dates, but the changes do not save.

For example, the "Christmas Day" preset only applies to the 25th of December, but customers are usually closed on multiple days that week. When I try to change it to, say the 23rd through the 25th and save, the preset reverts back to just the 25th and unchecks itself.

Has anybody else seen this issue or found a way to get it to change?

That is because they are presets and not designed to be edited in that way.

If you really want to change the preset you will find it in Advanced->Default Settings under Time conditions. If you make changes here, you may need to log out and back in again for the change to take effect.

Personally I would leave the preset alone, and simply create the condition I want.

Gotcha - I thought that might be the case but since the fields were editable, there was hope.

Additional conditions are not too much of a burden, though, so that sounds like the route I'll have to take.
