Unable to record outbound calls

Hello Everyone, Hope every one is safe and healthy. I am a beginner with FusionPBX and do not know much about so please forgive me if any of my statement is stupid.
I have installed fusionPBX version 4.5.32 and and switch version 1.10.7 (64bit).

Everything is working good in the system except the call recording part. Inbound calling, outbound calling and ext to ext is working all good. I am able to record ext to ext calls and also incoming calls are getting recorded. I have a call queue that deliver my inbound calls to extension. and everything is working absolutely fine. But when an ext make a outbound call it connect but never get recorded. I checked the logs but no error are coming over there for call recording. I check in Status>Active calls when an inbound call come the Status under Application shows the call is recorded but during outbound Application column remains blank.

Request you all for your expert opinion on how to solve the problem.
