I am a superadmin on this box but was unable to see/edit users. To solve this I had to do a full upgrade(Click all the boxes).
This issue is resolved, but I was thinking since I could not find a fix when googling I would post it here if anyone runs into the same issue. Hope you all have a good and safe day.
