voicemail icon missing

Just noticed under ring groups or ivr menus for the drop down selection for destination for voicemail the email icon is gone instead shows {email-icon} any suggestions helpful to bring it back maybe file permission for the image?

Fusion Version: 4.5.8
Switch: 1.8.7
OS: Debian 9

I fixed this problem and a few other bugs today. This particular one fixed about 30 to 45 minutes ago. Please update.
