Voicemail not send Email anymore

Good Afternoon to everybody,
i'm reporting this issue after upgrading my FusionPBX, the voicemail can't send email when someone left a message on it.
This is the log error:

95cda2f7-0d6e-4df6-9bdf-f76f13a78805 2021-11-09 11:11:24.655211 [ERR] mod_lua.cpp:202 ...scripts/app/voicemail/resources/functions/send_email.lua:179: attempt to index global subject (a nil value)

I try to change the email template, create a new one with another name but seems like he can't found that, how can i resolve this?
 
I haven't seen that error but sounds like it could be from an incomplete upgrade.

There have been several changes in the past months that require updating the app defaults, permission defaults, and schema defaults.
