Voicemail to Email Issues - Default settings do not seem to be working

I have a new install of FusionPBX that overall is working well. However, when I make any changes to the Default Settings under the Email category, they don't seem to take any effect. I have rebooted the server but still it is hanging on to the "old" settings. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
 
What is your version of FusionPBX? You can see it from Status -> System Status. New install is likely 5.4, but it would be good to confirm it.
 
- After changing the settings, did you press the RELOAD button on the Default Settings page?
- If you did that, try restarting the email_queue service
