Having a strange one and need opinions

SMTP -> FROM SERVER:
SMTP -> FROM SERVER:
SMTP -> ERROR: EHLO not accepted from server:
SMTP -> FROM SERVER:
SMTP -> ERROR: HELO not accepted from server:
SMTP -> NOTICE:
EOF caught while checking if connectedThe following From address failed: voicemail@****.co.uk
Mailer Error: The following From address failed: voicemail@****.co.uk

needless to say the emails are not sending

FusionPBX uses a script to relay email threw an existing email server and you may just have some setting wrong for the relay. Couple of questions:
1. was this working at some point?
3. is this happening on all emails being sent out or just some?
2. is this the error log in the PBX or from the reviving server?

In my case i could't get to work Thru SSL/TLS, changing the smtp port to 587 (as instructed by my email provider) with no SLL/TLS did the trick for me.
