Does anyone have experience adding a phone number and extension to the directory of a Yealink W56H phone? I've created a .csv file and uploaded it to the cordless phone however, no matter what I put in the dial string, the call won't go through. I need to insert a pause between the phone number and the extension number. This doesn't seem to work with "," or "p" where each value represented .5 seconds. On my Fanvil phone a single "," between the phone number and the extension number works: xxx-xxx-xxxx,yyyyy
Phone Number:
xxx-xxx-xxx
Extension Number:
yyyyy
I thought the entry would be xxx-xxx-xxxx,,,,yyyyy or xxx-xxx-xxxxppppyyyyy
