SOLVED Zoiper not ring when iphone off

I install zoiper in iPhone. but when iPhone off. I call to Iphone. but Iphone not ring. I search other forums https://community.zoiper.com/1426/phone-not-ringing, I change from udp to tcp but not success I don't know how to fix it. I need modify in fusion or zoiper or install other softphone for iphone... thanks

You need to buy the push notification add-on otherwise the iphone will shutdown the app running in the background

I buy app zoiper and change set udp router is 300 but still error. So I haven't solved this problem.

If you're still interested, there's continue_on_fail on the local extension dialplan right near the bottom. Change that to false. I find that many push servers send an error when the phone is alive.
