Hello, I need help! I'm setting up my first PBX from scratch with FusionPBX. I am having issues with getting inbound calls to work with Telnyx. I can make outgoing calls from my extension (1001) to a PSTN number (my cell in the case of my testing) and audio both ways is clean and clear. However, when I call my DID from a PSTN number, it get three brief rings and then hangup. When I pull the SIP logs from Telnyx, I'm getting a 480 Temporarily Unavailable response from FusionPBX back to Telnyx. The extension has a voicemail setup, so at the least , would expect it to go to voicemail.

I have the DID entered with extension 1001 as my destination. FusionPBX created an inbound route for this destination. But it does not seem to route properly.

I've attached the log file from just a few minutes ago when I tried to make an inbound call.

I also notice that if I pull up the extension and select the CDR button, this is what I get.. I don't understand why it shows as "outgoing" instead of incoming? The source and destination numbers are correct.

What does your domains ACL list look like, I would guess you have done something there you shouldn't

You’ve got a loop; your inbound call is being sent back out to Telnyx. Doesn't look like there’s a DID match in your inbound routes.
