provision using GDMS

anyone know where in gdms.cloud you can input the auto provision URL and http user/pass,all I see is the attached, sure I am missing something obvious here

you have to put the info in Template
I use by model the switch to text editor then enter the code

237=provisionnong_server
1360=username
1361=password

what about the url, do you just put https://domain.com/app/provision ?
