Call Block not working on one domain

Hi everyone,

I’m currently facing an issue with the Call Block feature on FusionPBX.

On one specific domain, call blocking rules are not being applied, even though everything seems correctly configured.

Here’s what I checked so far:

  • Call Block is properly enabled
  • The dialplan includes the call block conditions
  • The rules are correctly created and active
  • Other domains on the same system are working as expected
However, on this particular domain, blocked numbers are still able to go through.

Has anyone experienced this issue before or have an idea of what I might be missing?

Are the calls coming in with trunk prefix 0?
Hello,

Some incoming calls arrive with the leading “0”, while others do not. Additionally, some calls are being blocked based on the Caller ID Name (as shown in the example screenshots).

I would also like to clarify that this behavior is not observed on other domains, where everything is working correctly. The issue only affects this specific domain, which was created after upgrading to version 5.5.8.
