I think you can do it from Dialplan->Destinations. Just add appropriate prefix on "Caller ID Name Prefix".

I have two sip-trunks from one provider, on my PBX, and there is some issues with simultaneous work, and my SIP provider advises to set different ports on every sip-trunk, but I cant find such setting on gateway. Can someone point how should change this port?

Note for beginners: With Adrians help, we figured out the problem, it was related to internal SIP profile values (ext_sip_ip, ext_rtp_ip), which cause some conflict with notify messages. If your PBX located inside and not public, don't set public IP address on internal SIP profile.
