I like their costs, and the LCR thing they have. But almost everytime I would send a call out them it would not take the caller ID with it. My users would call out of it and the receiving end would see an unavailable on their cell. I could have been doing something wrong tho

From what I have seen using call center vs FIFO there is more reporting on it. Users can log in and out. There is alot more things you can do with call center then just the FIFO xml.

Not right now from what I have seen. I know a new call center is in the works and that has been brought up. Right now you can save their spot if they abandon the call center and call back in, they can retain the place in the queue, this is not announced to the caller though.

Also you said that it will reg for a bit after a reboot correct? Try stopping the fail2ban service when it boots to see if it holds the reg. Sorry just giving you the info I have used to troubleshoot a stubborn phone
