Jeetz did you find a solution to this? Running into the same issue - had someone suggest #23 to log the agent in but the only problem it logs them into the phone they are assigned to and not the phone they are at. We have a similar situation to yours.

So i tried the *23 which allows you to log in but our agents may not always be at one set desk. So if the agent ID is assigned to extension per say 250 and they log into phone 255, 250 will ring and not 255. If this makes any sense on what I am typing.

That logs them in and out which I think is what its suppose to do. May have to figure out how to make a softkey button for this so that way they wont have to remember the *23 number. Now to see if I can get a call center queue to work. The joys of learning something new. :)

Morning, I know that you can dial *22 from a phone to allow an agent to log in but that appears to be the agent assigned to that phone. Is there another hot code that allows an agent to log into any phone with a agent ID / password?

Tried that - no change - I may try to remove the ring groups and re-add them since they were added before i did the sip gateway and maybe something didn't transfer over correctly. I dunno - just grasping at straws at the moment.
