Inbound Calls Not Working / Rejected

I got both working by just adding /32 to the other provider's "POP" IP. If im not mistaken I think CIDRs need to be added to the AC/Node called Domains under the CIDR field of course as you explain. I was also creating a AC per provider, but haven't replicated it... I just deleted everything...

Inbound Calls Not Working / Rejected

Thanks for the reply Daz! I see it clearly states this in the Docs my bad... 1) Would this be valid for DOMAINS with different providers under the same AC (Node) see below, for some reason my version has does not call them Nodes... 2) If we add the Domains do we still need the CIDRs for the...

Inbound Calls Not Working / Rejected

Hi Huys, I have setup a SIP Trunk which works for outbound, however inbound is being rejected. I have added the providers IPs in the ACL. (see attached image) note I do not have a section called Nodes under ACL The username for the SIP trunk is alphanumeric. I tried changing the Domain Details...

    Active Calls remain Active

NOTE: you can't always overwrite provisioning with another random prov server. its proprietary in some cases, so you need a yealink server to flash a yealink phone and a grandstream prov server to flash grandstream... It's almost as though this is provisioning is like flashing the firmware, like...

    Active Calls remain Active

remember the provision is based on URL or server IP on the handset and nothing to do with username and password on either end, the handset pings the server, the server identifies the MAC address and then pushes the settings down to the phone. My understanding at least. If this is the problem you...

    Active Calls remain Active

you should be able to program the handset remotely though... sometimes SOME handsets have been programmed to hunt for a provisioning URL. I have seen this with Yealinks... even if you factory reset the phone and provision with new settings the handsets will replace the settings after a certain...

    Active Calls remain Active

have you tried using a handset which is working fine with ext 315/317 OR try configuring the 315 handset with extension settings you know are working, this way you can isolate whether it is a Handset problem or system problem. Might be a firmware issue etc on the Grandstream handset. I have had...
