@DigitalDaz I double checked and make sure I set rport on on my phones in both scenarios.

Call drop after 90secs....
I met the exactly same problem using FANVIL phones recently. When I changed the phone's configuration of SIP Transportation Protocol from UDP to TCP, and EXPIRATION TIME from 3600 to 120, the problem was solved and the phones had been working fine.
