I met the exactly same problem using FANVIL phones recently. When I changed the phone's configuration of SIP Transportation Protocol from UDP to TCP, and EXPIRATION TIME from 3600 to 120, the problem was solved and the phones had been working fine.
auto-nat enabled PnP and UPnP which has its pros and cons but only helps you if you have one of those enabled on your firewall.
Do you have a static IP address for the server?
Does your server run on a public IP address?
Is your PBX inside NAT with only an internal IP address?
If so are the phones inside the same local network?
Is it running on Amazon or Google?
What kind of firewall or router is your phone running behind?
Does your firewall or router use a SIP ALG?
What is the name of your firewall or router that the phones are behind?

You really need to get us a sip trace or something using sngrep. That way we will actually be able to see the problem rather than trying to guess our way around it.
You can turn off auto-nat if you enabled that. Instead add your dedicated IP in the menu -> advanced -> variables. ext-rtp-ip and ext-sip-ip. Then flush cache and re-scan your sip profiles. You may find some useful information here https://freeswitch.org/confluence/display/FREESWITCH/Amazon+EC2 And then looking at a packet capture are using sngrep would be helpful. You can use sngrep to save a pcap file.
