    Yes, but users that might be able to enable this are NOT users that have the level of access to change this from the webUI, they check voicemail at most from there.

    Did you ever figure anything out here? We are hoping to do something where we could monitor for inbound calls to an extension and in our own internal system use CID or other information to associate it with a customer or ticket. Thanks for any ideas on how to do this!

    That was the fix, set the Caller ID in From to True under the Gateway's Advanced options and restarted. Thanks for the quick answer!

    That could of course be made to work if there is no way to carry this over. Appears the effective caller number is an option, but effective caller name is not brought into the voicemail lua. Any chance this can be added?
