    I already did that but calls recordings continue to be saved to the directory. Do I need to restart the PBX? As a side note recordings (uploaded using applications>recorodings) are saved as base64, but not call recordings.

    Yes I had a permissions issue remaining. Fixed that and now it's working as expected. Thanks for your help.

    I did that but the user can still see the CDR for all extensions. Is there a permission setting to only allow them to see their own extension?

    I'm relatively new to FusionPBX and am wondering if there is a way to limit CDR permission by extension. For example I have a group of sales people and I would like those sales people to only be able to see the CDR records for those extensions.

    Email to fax won't include PDF attachement.

    OK the problem was the the default settings > Fax allowed_extension. Apparently the setting is case sensitive. I needed to add an addition setting for the upper case.
