Email to fax won't include PDF attachement.

I have a fax server set up and fax to email for incoming faxes is working as expected. In addition to that I am able to send faxes fine from the GUI, including faxes with an attached PDF file.

When I try to send an out going fax from my email they send fine except that any pdf attachments are not included in the sent fax. I'm at a loss to know what to look for.

Are there some logs somewhere that I could look at to diagnose this?

OK the problem was the the default settings > Fax allowed_extension. Apparently the setting is case sensitive. I needed to add an addition setting for the upper case.
