    @Methodz86 No, still can't get a single button to work as expected. Customer rather ticked of since we merged them from an Asterisk system where this feature worked 100%. Anxiously awaiting resolution, please fill me in should you be successful.

    Thanks @JamesBorne . Just to clarify, do I make suggested changes to the lua.conf.xml config file itself or on the setup of the BLF button? If in the config file, will I have to create an aditional line for each extension I want to monitor in this way?
