Using Ringotel integrated with Fusionpbx. We have a user that is wanting to be able to call forward their direct calls to different destinations at random dates/times. Is there an easy way to accomplish this that the user can do themselves?
Using Ringotel integrated with Fusionpbx. We have a user that is wanting to be able to call forward their direct calls to different destinations at random dates/times. Is there an easy way to accomplish this that the user can do themselves?
Depending on how you have your settings in Ringotel, you can configure it to use the call forward codes on the pbx to call forward their extension on demand. If you want to do it automatically, you will need to teach the user to use the admin portal.
In the Ringotel portal, you can also choose to have a URL in the app, so the user can open up the admin portal from within the ringotel app for a more integrated experience.
Also, do not, this forum is for FSPBX, which is not the same as FusionPBX, so i dont know if fusions integration is different.
