Customer says that they can sometimes get a voicemail and they listen in to their voicemails and it says NO NEW VOICEMAILS but next morning all the new voicemails that came i last night show up, Where do I start to check with this one?

I use this command for debug on provisioning and it's very helpful tail -f /var/log/nginx/access.log |grep provision

Customers are complaining that emails are not coming in with their voicemails. I went ahead I switched the smtp from GMAIL to SMTP2GO, now when i send a test to the customer they get the test but the voicemails are not coming in. Any suggestions?
