I agree with Daz, just use a vm to email and get them to tell you what number they want a callback on..

I dont think you can, there is a minimum message length time somewhere i think, you could try messing with the vm files but why dont you just put in the message "please speak your number" or something similar, even though they you wont use this it would also help if the caller has number...

Was thinking outload here, as my setup is very dependant of freeswitch version and as they have a tendancy to break in new updates :-) is there any way i can setup my own package repo and change the fusionpbx installer to pull freeswitch from my repo and not freeswitches ?

Sorry m8 i was looking at the source not packages ignore my last :-) would this nat bug issue cause speech loss on phones that are external to the system ? ie phones are behind nat but fusion is on public ip ?

I didnt remove localhost but everything went really wierd on the switch, put back how it was and rebooted its ok now. think i will just leave it as localhost lol....

I have looked at the freeswitch file archives and noticed they have rebuilt the packages in may , is the nat bug now fixed ?

Ok, so easy one here for someone who knows, after fusion and freeswitch are installed can you change the servers hostname ? if so does it affect the install as the ip will remain the same ?

Is there any way at all to get the systemn to say user busy on screen instead of normal clearing when an external number is dialled and is busy ? Its casuing users to complain they are being cut off when in fact the calls simply busy Thnaks I

Thats great m8, thanks alot as a side note is the above possible to upgrade from 1.6 to 1.8.4 ? although the node is running deb 8 ? maybe deb 8 cant run 1.8.4 ? Also using teh above does that keep all the fusionpbx configs ?
