@Adrian Fretwell one last question, at the end of this I issue a service freewitch restart - however I see some nat audio issues unless I flush the cache, reload XML, restart internal & external profiles - are there bash commands to do all that?

thanks for this, so I saw the same error but did not track it down to this I have my fusion in AWS and typically I've set both the internal and external profiles to the external IP of fusion. looking now my handsets in registration show profile internal. never been an issue until the call flow...

sometimes @markjcrane watches these posts, there is a bug submission form on the website, but I am not sure how much attention that gets. if someone has a membership and can raise the issue that might work

it always worries me running into issues like this, if it was my live system, I don't usually want to upgrade it to the latest release on a whim, how would you rectify without a full upgrade to the latest version ?
