just to update this, after testing, reverting to system images from days ago, no change also factory reset T54W and T40G, both showing same issue, disable auto-provision and did a factory reset then just used the handsets HTTP interface to add a line, still no light on the line key - very odd

humm so I did #1 and your right, they want to be able to change that number themselves, but how would I do that ? the extension is not registered to an endpoint its just there so the call flow can select it

all of a sudden all the line keys on a T54W have stopped working, PARK programmed ones are working fine, but the line lamps have all just disabled - everything is functioning fine, they light up if you press them to get a line - no changes were made to fusion at all. tried handset reboot...

found this post as I was having the same issue, I am on 4.5.20 and tried the steps from @Scott Williams but my light still goes out after about 30 seconds - has anything changed to get this working @Samael28 this is what I enabled, the lamp periodicaly comes on and off, so weird

I have a ring group that simultaneously rings some extensions, what’s the best way to call forward the ring group from a handset ? Or should they just unconditionally forward one of the handsets in the ring group ? Can a blf be programmed to enable / disable a forward on a ring group ?

oh yeah, did not think about doing that, good idea I also see your default dial tone is for Aus, easy find that one on the handset - any other settings you defaulted for your region?

So i did a test, i had full debug turned on on the SPA and it was not showing anything at all, the line was ringing from my test handset but nothing showing on the SPA, sngrep was showing invites being sent then after about 45seconds, the ringing tone changed and the SPA logs show it was...
