    Provisioning Issues Sangoma

As an update, i've tried the same as above with a Yealink T28P. The first issue is the same, however the second issue is not an issue with the Yealink. In addition, the first line key being configured is actually down to that being hard set in the template for the Sangoma.

    Provisioning Issues Sangoma

Hi, I probably won't be using Sangoma phones moving forward but have a customer moving from FreePBX and need to re-use existing handsets. I am currently trying to provision some S505 handsets, but having 2 problems and not sure where the issue lies. 1. The first issue is I can only use HTTP...

SOLVED Adding custom SIP headers to outbound calls

Thanks both for your help, you pointed me in the right direction. It turned out to be me not checking what I was doing, I'd copied and pasted the header which included a : instead of =.

SOLVED Adding custom SIP headers to outbound calls

Hi, Thank you for your help. That is pretty much what I had, but didn't have the inline option set to true, which i do now, but it's still not working. I have checked the xml and that checks out the same as yours, and the SIP trunk provider has provided me the trace of the INVITE but i'm...

SOLVED Adding custom SIP headers to outbound calls

Hi, One of my SIP trunk providers requires me to add a custom SIP header, which they then pass through to CDR records to help with billing. I'm not sure i'm looking in the right place, but I thought I would be able to add it to the Dialplan of an outbound route. I've tried with a tag of...

    Problem with LetsEncrypt

Hi, i'm trying to set LetsEncrypt up for the first time on FusionPBX. OS is Debian 9.8 and FusionPBX is latest as of 2 weeks ago. I'm following https://docs.fusionpbx.com/en/latest/getting_started/lets_encrypt.html, but get stuck at the challenge validation. When I've looked in to it, it...

    Calls drop after 60 seconds

OMG! I really should have checked the obvious - it turns out my provider limits the calls to 60 seconds by default on new accounts, although i don't remember that with previous accounts I have set up. Going to check further tomorrow, but it is certainly looking like that was the issue. Thanks...

    Calls drop after 60 seconds

What sort of logs do you need? More than happy to provide any that help. The PBX is on one of our servers in our data centre, I have VPN access to it for management, but all voice related traffic is over the internet.

    Inbound calls not working

Yeah, there's nothing in sngrep at all. With that said, could it be something wrong with the registration then?

    Calls drop after 60 seconds

Thanks ad5ou for the quick response. If it was NAT would it not affect the extension to extension as well? I don't have any issue with these and they are all remote. If it is a NAT issue, can you give me some idea of where to start looking? Thanks.

    Calls drop after 60 seconds

We currently use FreePBX but I love the potential that Freeswitch/FusionPBX offers. I have been trying to get a working system for several months now, but only had small windows to iron out the issues. I currently have 2 issues that are preventing some basic usage. I have another thread with...
