    I have run backup on one server and then restore to a different server and when I get almost to the restore complete I get this message: nice: '/etc/cron.daily/./fusionpbx-backup.sh': Permission denied Any ideas on this? Debian 10 FPBX 4.11.5

    I tried your suggestion and I thank you for it. Still no luck - It just passes the DID through as the Caller ID name and does not seem to reference the contact (Donald Duck for example in my attachment). Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I attached 3 screenshots

    Ok, one more issue. It works. BUT, if an ext sets their ext to DND (do not disturb) no calls go through. None of the ext ring. When I take DND off they all ring again. Does this mean users can not use DND?

    I was forced to use UDP. When I tried using TCP my call parking lot BLF lights stayed green. Only after I switched to UDP did the lights start to function properly. Red for parked. Green for open, etc.... Not sure why that made a difference but it did. I tried for 2 days to get it to work...

    I created a CONTACT but after I save it (according to fpbx docs) there is no pencil icon to edit so that I can add the actual phone number to the contact. Am I missing something? see attached
