It has been a few weeks and I have a sketchy memory as to exactly how I got to a resolution, but attached is a screenshot of the dialplan and Outbound Route. I hope this helps.

Please help me understand how to implement an XML file

I received excellent assistance with a problem here on the forum. The result appears to be exactly what I need, but I do not understand how to implement the XML file. If any body can look at this item and help me out, it will be appreciated...

Parsing the Outbound Caller ID Number to use as your 7-digit bridge action

This appears to be EXACTLY what I am looking for. Thanks. I am not familiar how to use an XML file with fusionpbx. I went to the XML editor and poked around a bit. Would you mind either providing an example from the fusion dial plan manager or let me know how to create/execute the file? I...

Parsing the Outbound Caller ID Number to use as your 7-digit bridge action

I have now found myself with a customer that has users in multiple area codes that need to be able to dial 7-digit in all of the area codes. My intention would be to have an outbound extension for each area code on 1 phone. When the user selects that line for an outbound call I want it to...

    AWS Chime

no username or password, use the "Register False". See attached graphic. Also for Chime, your "Outbound Caller ID Number" has to be +15555551212 if you don't have the +1, it wont go out. I hope this helps.

Select from multiple on call people

I have a customer that needs after hours forwarding, but they want to be able to select from several different people that may be on call. Normally if it is only 2 people, I use a call flow. I toyed with speed dials "*72,5551212" but any way I try it, its clunky. Any thoughts would be...

    Fusionpbx scale

My experience with fusionpbx is that you create a domain or subdomain name ( mysubdomain.mydomain.com ) in advanced->domains. Each entry in this page will give another "copy/tenant space" of the system. You will have separate everything except gateways. The 1 gateway for each SIP trunk will...

    AWS Chime

SOLVED: I finally figured this out, it was that I needed to have E.164 for both my dialing format as well as my outgoing caller id.

    AWS Chime

I have been attempting to connect to the AWS Chime "voice connector" to use strictly for outbound calling. After quite a bit of frustration I have received a clue from AWS, but I am not smart enough to decipher the clue. AWS: "We just got an update from the Service Team, they said that...

178.33.113.122/32 trying to connect to my system

In checking my log I find that 178.33.113.122/32 is trying to connect and make calls. I entered 178.33.113.122/32 into my Advanced->Access Control->domains as a deny. Went to Status->SIP Status->RELOAD ACL. It continues unaffected. Any ideas? Is there a "block" list of bad actors? Thanks...

    New Installation 4.5.11

After taking all the help given, I have found no errors and I DO HAVE a app/provision application, it just does not work. I think I will stick with 4.2.5 for now give the 4.5.11 some time before I go there. Thanks everyone.

    New Installation 4.5.11

I can kill this at any time...it is in a demo environment. Did you also notice that there is NO provision editor? Do you mind being more specific about the nginx logs as I am not familiar with them. Are you thinking of something in /var/log?

    New Installation 4.5.11

so on a new/fresh install of deb9 and fusionpbx4.5.11 I had no menu item for provisioning. If I were to go to the device->files->download the .cfg file it would send me to a broken link. I also found that I could not change the "user password" requirements to be different than the default. ( I...
