I need to set up a system that can identify the incoming phone number and forward it directly to the previous contacted staff, if no one contacted the call will be transferred to IVR.
Are there any solutions for me?

Hi All,
Fusionpbx Version 4.2 only records the content of the call but Fusionpbx version 4.4.3 adds signalling recording. It increases file size and takes time to listen to the content of the call.
Can you help me?
