Is there a way to hide certain details, IE the number called, from a subscriber while still retaining the BLF functionality? I'd like to allow users to see if an extension is free or busy without giving them the call details.

If you are using the email queue app, then as far as I am aware it is only supported with "audio file attachment"

What the poster in that thread did is to (accidentally, I think) override detecting "911" as an emergency number, so it's treated like any other number. I could do this, but I'm just curious if anyone's run into this or has actual documentation.

I'd avoid using the transcription without the email queue as it can cause performance issues on freeswitch. That being said, I do believe I had the same issue as you during testing and it was some configuration mistake I'd made without realizing.

The only way to safely update the software is to be a paying member. Most of the important update notes are in the continuing education videos and documents, and the member documentation. Updating without following this documentation can leave features broken.

Just as a follow up, in case others have this issue, the email queue only supports attached voicemails at this time, and not listen link/download link

Depends on the day you install/update. It's not stable, so one day it may work, another day it may not.

The FusionPBX project is great, but the lack of a stable version is baffling and unacceptable.

That's what I thought, but it appears that regardless of the call group, any extension can intercept calls for any other extension.

By default, the extension intercept dial plan can pick up any call to any extension. We'd like to limit it to call group. What is the best way to do this?

Please disregard. The lua script is_local provides the functionality we require and is what we should have been using anyway

The "local" type of destination seems to have disappeared. What is the recommended way to replicate that lost functionality?
