I found the issue where was wrong. The codec G729 had issue to negotiate with the server thats why fusionPBX pass the call but other party drop off.

I had same issue you can edit the external_rtp_ip and external_sip_ip on switch variables section and then reboot your switch. I hope that will resolve the issue.
