Then how can I transfer the call with when api_hangup_hook is raised?

Automatic Transfer After Call is Terminated
Hi, We are using FusionPBX as a CallCenter. We want to do survey after call is terminated by agent. So we want the call be automatically transfered to an IVR extension after it is hanged up by agent. How can I implement such survey? Thanks Jalal
