    Call transfer *1 don't work

    I am testing FusionPBX for a customer, this PBX is great I love it !! Today I tried to transfer a call with *1 and nothing .... the call with not transfer from an ATA extension to a other extension. From a Voip phone and tried also *1 and noting but the transfer button did work.
