    Hello, I am trying to record a call to order and I read in the documentation and in the forum that it is possible to do this action with * 2, but I can not find how to configure it in the "Dialer Manager". Is there anyone who can help me? Regards,

    Link Record call on CDR

    Hello, I have configured the automatic inbound and outbound record calls. If I review the folder "/home/recordings/", I have the new recordings but in the CDR app not appear the link to play or download the file. Somepeople know why not appear the link? Regards,
