Hello. I've noticed that the Call Forward (follow me) feature sends the wrong CID. It's sending the forwarding party's 4 digit extension to the carrier which causes the call to drop. I'm on 5.0.1. Is there some way to change CID when forwarding? Am I doing something wrong? Maybe this is...

@kent did you find anyone? I emailed both of the guys above and neither responded.

I think I fixed this by deleting all the email templates and then doing an upgrade app defaults. I wasn't able to delete some of the templates from the gui. I had to go into the database and do it in there.

Is there a way to copy device keys from one device to another without deleting and re-creating everything?

What capabilities does this add exactly? SMS notifications on voicemails?

Is there a way to do this globally across all domains? Or for that matter change the default globally to "skip_instructions=true"
