    Hi The keys that you would use for BLF usually are only capable of displaying 2 different states (on yealink its either green or red) so unless you have a phone with a key that can display 3 different colours, your best bet would be to use something like the flash operator panel

    Export from the extension page first, select which ever fields you want to update, and make sure you export the extension UUID field as well then edit the CSV file with updated info, and import.     That setting will allow the custom dialplan to be selected as a destination for example: Basically anywhere where you choose where to send a call in the GUI via a dropdown, that custom dialplan will show up

    I figured as much, but the issue with that is that I would be the only guy who understood what that specific dialplan did :) I am already the Regex guy at work, dont really want to be the dialplan guy as well ;) I will give it a bash though :)
