HI, I followed your instructions r/t provisioning the Grandstream HT802. I was able to get the device registered and it shows that it's connected to the PBX. However, whenever I try to call out or if I call my number all it does is ring busy. From what I can see the outbound & inbound routes...

    FusionPBX on Debian 10

Hi, I have an installation of FusionPBX on Debian 10 which has gone pretty smoothly. I can access the web gui and begin configuration with no issues. However, if I SSH into the Debian VPS I can't run "apt-get update". I think there's an issue with the repositories but I am not sure how to...

    FusionPBX Inbound Call

Ok so what's the command I need to enter to enable full logging again? No I haven't created that domain....I just screenshot what came up then pasted for review here. Have no idea where that domain came from? Is that domain setting coming from FusionPBX or my HT802 device?

    FusionPBX Inbound Call

Under the sofia global external it states there have been 32 failed calls....so does that mean they...

I have a fresh installation of FusionPBX running on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. I can make outbound calls through my HT802 device with no issues whatsoever. The caller ID is correct and I can hear the other person just fine. However, whenever someone tries to call my number the call goes directly to...

    HT802

so how do I fix that? Is there not a way for me to export the configuration settings required from FusionPBX and upload them directly to the HT802?

    HT802

See the attached. It won't allow me to update that configuration path...it always reverts back to the default.

    HT802

Thank you for the help! However, when I enter the fusionpbx server address like you showed in the photo above and update/apply it to the HT802 it doesn't save.....it says it does but the config path reverts back to the default. I also am unclear on the numbers you have in the second photo. Are...

    VOIP.ms

HI, I have an installation of FusionPBX completed on my VM. The SIP Trunk has been set up and registers fine/correctly. However, I am not really sure how I should configure the Outbound Routes/Inbound Routes for VOIP.ms. I asked VOIP.ms support, but they didn't really know much about...
