    Call Detail Record Export Time Incorrect

    We have an issue where the time i.e. start time is correct (EST) on the screen, but the time is (UTC) on the export reports for both csv and pdf. The Timezone is set for the domain. Is there a setting to get the export reports to correctly display the time?

    Link Record call on CDR

    Hello, I have configured the automatic inbound and outbound record calls. If I review the folder "/home/recordings/", I have the new recordings but in the CDR app not appear the link to play or download the file. Somepeople know why not appear the link? Regards,
