a=inactive from gamma

Hi All,

I can only see one post on this - but gamma sends a=inactive then another reinvite later but the damage has already been done and I get no speech
I did have it working at one point (I think) but I cannot reproduce now

I have a comepletly new install latest freeswitch latest fusionpbx and brand new gamma test SBC and I just get the same - does anyone know how to cure this?

I have done the works
set(media_webrtc=false)
set(bypass_media=false)
set(proxy_media=false)
unset(inbound_late_negotiation)
unset(outbound_late_negotiation)
inbound_late_negotiation=true
outbound_late_negotiation=true
ignore_early_media=true
bypass_media=false
proxy_media=false

and anything else IO can get my hands on in the outbound dial plan, internal sip profile and external profile - been messing for 7 days straight but can't get anything to work - anyone have any ideas?

If you're referring to my post, we had to brute force it by just rewriting the SDP headers using our SBCs. I'm pretty sure it's related to the issue this person is talking about, where it's set in the session attributes, but not in the media (or vice versa, I can't remember), so freeswitch just never unmutes the media.

yeah thats the one - it was a bit old though so I was hoping it had been fixed by now - a new install of kamailio it is then

We had an issues with our customers calling 1 company's pbx when making outbound calls but this was with ASTPP which uses freeswitch. The fix was

Added to sip profile.

inbound-late-negotiation=true

I notice Matt that yours had underscores inbound_late_negotiation=true rather than dashes so might be relevant
