I would truly appreciate some help with a little bump I'm facing.
My client has implemented Pin Numbers for his international Calling - those Pin Numbers are associated with Account codes.
When downloading the Call Detail records - The account code column is completely empty.
I assume it is because it was scripted in a way where it retrieves the account code associated with extensions.
Is there any possible way I can implement the account code associated with the Pin Numbers element so it shows on the CDR export?
