Adding cc_base_score when using option to transfer to mod_callcenter

Within an IVR I'm trying to figure out if I can set cc_base_score when sending to mod_callcenter via a specific option. For example, I have 2 menu options (1 silent; not announced within the greeting) going to the same queue. When the silent option is used I'd like to add callers to the front of the queue with a large cc_base_score. The option currently has menu-exec-app:transfer 4001 XML domain.example.com. Can I pass a mod_callcenter option along from the menu?

Can it be achieved with menu-exec-app:set cc_base_score=xxx? If so, how can I combine menu-exec-app:set... and menu-exec-app:transfer...?
