Is it possible for agents to transfer calls between each other? We have a client looking for a hot-desk solution, in the past this was typically a call centre with agents logging in and out which is fine, but in this scenario the client wants to transfer calls to agents without knowing what extension they are using.
Is it possible to route a call directly to an agent? Or is there another system that better handles this scenario?
